  1. How to Play: Scratch to reveal symbols for your chance to win. Match 3 identical symbols to win the corresponding prize as detailed on the Midas Touch Card. Midas Touch Card Promo will be distributed randomly in orders from 20th November 2024 - 20th December 2024). Prizes are Instant however, please see redemption below. Prizes range from $25AUD, $250AUD and $1,000AUD in gift card or discount value/online voucher. The prize amount is displayed under the matching images.

  2. Redemption: Each Midas card contains a unique 8-digit code. If a prize is won, the code may be redeemed at checkout - all prizes are instantly activated for use at checkout (unless you have a $1,000 AUD Gift Card). This code cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotions. If you have won the $1,000 AUD Gift Card - please contact us via support@merchantsofthesun.com.au you will require proof of purchase and the scratchie to verify the claim. Please read T&C's for details. We will aim to provide your gift card within 14 business days of receipt of your email and verifying your claim.
  3. Returns & Exchanges: We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund on orders where the Midas Touch Card prize has been applied. Our standard exchange/warranty policy will apply to the products purchased.

  4. Prizes & Odds: Gift Cards/Codes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or substituted for other prizes. $25AUD and $250AUD Discount Code prizes are valid for one-time use at checkout; $1,000AUD Gift Card winners will receive a physical or digital gift card as determined by our team valid for 3 years. Odds of winning are 1 in 16.

  5. Receive a Midas Touch Card Without Purchase (alternate method of entry “AMOE”): A Participant can request a Midas Touch Card without buying an item from Merchants of the Sun by mailing a legibly handwritten, self-addressed, stamped envelope (“SASE”) with sufficient postage and a return address, including first and last name, street address, city, state, and ZIP/Post code to: 1/2086 Gold Coast Highway, Miami QLD 4220. DO NOT SEND ANY WINNING MIDAS CARDS, COMMENTS OR QUESTIONS TO THIS ADDRESS. One (1) Midas Touch Card (one single Midas Touch Card) will be mailed in response to each mail-in request that complies with the requirements of the T&C's, while supplies last. One of the Midas Cards will always include a chance to win a $1,000AUD Gift Card prize. Mail-in requests, including both outer envelope and SASE, must be handwritten. Outer envelope must include a return address in the upper left hand corner that matches the requestor’s street address, and must be postmarked no sooner than 20th November 2024 and no later than 20th December 2024, and received by our office no later than 20th December 2024.
  6. Full T&C's & Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding any aspect of this promotion, including but limited to card validation or prize eligibility, the decision of Merchants of the Sun will be final.
