Beautiful earrings

The earrings are beautiful and comfortable to wear due to the unique closure.

They feel like a high quality product.

The only reasons for not giving 5 starts is due to finding the clasp quite difficult to close and as the colour of the earrings is somewhat darker in person than in the images online.

Very dissapointing

Ordered these for my partner's birthday. Arrived and opened on her birthday to find completely oxidised earrings. Paid a decent amount of money for not great quality or at least quality control. Customer service were helpful for organising a refund.

This is unfortunately a problem that can occur once jewellery has gone through transit and experienced different climates such as heat to cool.
Sometimes, your jewellery can begin to discolour as a result of being in contact with common atmospheric pollutants.

The polish cloth included in your order can be used to remove all oxidisation and I guarantee will give the best results. I can see our customer support team has replaced these for you, however if you wish to discuss this further, please let us know so we can assist you.
