Sunsetting Culture Club

As the sun sets on our current Culture Club, we’re excited to announce a new chapter in our loyalty program journey. On March 26th, we will be temporarily closing our doors to pave the way for an enhanced experience. Fear not, for we’ll be reopening with a brand-new loyalty program in May! We understand that this may be inconvenient for a short period but as a small business, we’re constantly striving to evolve and provide you with the best possible experience. We are going back to the drawing board and rebuilding it from the ground up. This transition is essential for us to bring you innovative features and improved benefits.

What you need to know

The program will officially close on the 26th of March.

Your current points in the culture club will expire on Tuesday, March 26th. We have explored a few different alternatives, however, we were unable to find a solution that enabled us to keep your points as we make the switch to a new provider. We highly encourage you to spend/use your points prior to the closure of our current program. If you have any issues with redeeming your points—please don’t hesitate to reach out to our support team.

On a positive note, you will retain your tier level once our new program is launched in May. However, our tiering system, points and rewards will vary slightly from our current program.

Our core focus for the re-design is to improve the usability and overall experience—making it easier for you all to move between tiers, and redeem points for rewards. We have also created an extensive range of exclusive accessories and products that will be available as rewards through different tier levels. Additional benefits you can expect are things such as invites to HOM® events, free engravings, in-store styling experiences and more.

We expect the new program to be rolled out from mid-May, 2024. We will keep you updated on the progress though.
