No worries. If your ring doesn’t fit, we offer one free exchange within 30 days. Just return it unworn in its original packaging, and we’ll swap it or issue store credit or refund.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We ship almost worldwide. In Australia, standard delivery takes 3–7 business days; express is 1–3 business days.
If you're in the US, UK, or New Zealand, we offer free or paid express options—with duties prepaid for US and UK orders. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country. You'll always receive tracking info once your order ships.
What if something arrives damaged or faulty?
We stand by our craftsmanship. If an item arrives faulty or damaged, just send us clear photos. We’ll fix it, replace it, or refund you—no questions asked.
Can I return anything if I change my mind?
Yes—full-price items (excluding earrings, engraved, made-to-order, or discounted pieces) are eligible for a refund within 14 days of delivery, provided they're unworn and returned in original packaging. Exchanges for store credit are available within 30 days.
Is it waterproof and sweatproof?
Yes. Our jewellery is made from solid 925 sterling recycled silver, built for everyday wear. Shower, sweat, or swim—it’s made to last. We just recommend avoiding chlorine and harsh chemicals to keep the silver looking its best.
Will it tarnish?
Our pieces are crafted from solid 925 sterling recycled silver, which means they’re built to last. Like all sterling silver, it may naturally develop a light patina over time—but that’s easy to polish back to new. Many of our customers wear theirs daily without ever needing more than the occasional wipe-down.
