A cuff is shaped rather than sized. Measure around your wrist with a tape or a strip of paper, then check that against the product page — the opening makes up the difference.
It should sit close enough not to spin, loose enough to move.
Yes, gently, with your hands rather than tools. Ease it open or closed a little at a time, holding the body of the cuff rather than the ends.
Do not flex it repeatedly — silver work-hardens, and a cuff opened and closed daily will eventually fatigue.
Measure your wrist and add roughly a centimetre and a half for a comfortable fit, more if you prefer it loose. Lengths are on each product page.
Unlike a cuff, a link bracelet cannot be adjusted at home.
