Questions about gifting

What if I don't know their ring size?

Choose something that does not need one. Chains, pendants, bracelets and earrings fit anyone, and that is most of what sits in this edit.

If it has to be a ring, our ring sizing guide covers how to measure one they already wear — or the Ring Sizer Kit is $5 with $20 credit against the purchase.

Can they exchange it if the size is wrong?

Yes, within 30 days of delivery. Engraved, made-to-order, Ring Club and sale pieces are the exceptions — those are final for sizing.

Which is worth knowing before engraving a ring whose size you are guessing at. Our returns policy covers the detail.

Does it arrive in gift packaging?

Every order ships in packaging made to be opened in front of someone, so there is nothing to add at checkout.

Can I have a gift engraved?

Yes, on the pieces that carry it. Engraved work is made to order in our Bali atelier and takes 5 to 8 weeks, so it needs planning well ahead of a date.

Engraved pieces cannot be exchanged, which matters most on rings. For something closer to the day, an unsized piece or a gift card is the safer call.

Do you sell gift cards?

Yes, digital and physical. A digital card arrives by email and can be scheduled for a date you choose, which makes it the one option that cannot arrive late.

Both can be spent across everything we make.

Do you offer free shipping?

Standard shipping within Australia is free on orders of $250 or more, and $9.95 below that. Express is $14.95 and is always charged in full.

New Zealand is $12.95, free over $300. The United States, United Kingdom and Canada are $14.95, free over $275. Europe is $16.95, free over $300. Full rates are in our shipping policy.
