FIND YOUR RING SIZE

Getting your ring size right matters — and while DIY methods can help, they come with a higher chance of error.

If you want to get the perfect fit, we recommend ordering our ring sizer kit or visiting a local jeweller for the most reliable result.

OPTION 1: DIY METHODS
USE A RING YOU ALREADY OWN

Grab a ring that fits the desired finger. Measure its inner diameter in MM and match it to our size chart — this is the most accurate DIY method. If you can, use a calliper for an accurate measurement.

TIPS FOR ACCURACY

  • Measure at the end of the day (your fingers swell slightly). Don’t measure when your hands are cold (they shrink).
  • Consider the knuckle—if it’s larger than the base, measure both and choose a size in between.
  • If between sizes, size up for thicker bands or down for thinner ones.
  • Match the ring with the finger you want to wear it on. Remember that fingers vary in size, as does your left and right hand.

We accept returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Made-to-order, engraved and discounted pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Earrings are not eligible for a return due to Australian hygiene regulations.

We allow refunds within 14 days of delivery if the product is unworn, faulty or incorrect items. To start a return, email us at support@merchantsofthesun.com.au with your order number and reason. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

  • Returned items must be in original condition and packaging, unworn and unaltered.
  • We ask that the customer organise for the order to be returned to us and we recommend using a trackable postal service for all returns.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds, exchanges, and store credits are processed once items are received and inspected by our team.
