Handcrafted in 3-4 weeks, with an additional week for delivery. Engraving adds 2 extra days. Enjoy the benefits of intentional craftsmanship—no mass production, only quality and exclusivity.
As each piece is unique, returns are eligible for store credit only, excluding earrings, studs, sleepers, and engraved pieces. If you’ve made a mistake with your order, please contact customer support within 24 hours of purchasing so we can assist with any changes. If we’re not notified within this timeframe, you’ll need to wait until your order is received to arrange any adjustments.

Merchants ships to almost any address worldwide, and we offer complimentary shipping on all Australian orders over $200 AUD, all New Zealand orders over $300 NZD, all US orders over $50 USD, all UK orders over $50 GBP.
Dispatching
Each Made-to-Order piece can take between -5 weeks to be carefully crafted just for you, followed by 1 week for travel to our warehouse in Burleigh. Once received, your order will be dispatched promptly. If you’ve chosen to add an engraving, please allow up to 2 additional days for this process, as all engravings are batched and completed with precision.
