Stone changes a piece more than any other decision. Onyx reads flat black until the light moves across it; opal never settles; garnet and topaz hold colour against silver in a way metal alone cannot.
Every stone is cut and set by hand in Bali, into signet rings, bands and pendants. The rough decides the outcome, so no two are quite alike.
