When do I have to order to receive my pressies before Christmas Day?
We are offering Free Next-Day Delivery with DHL until the 23rd. Order by 10am to receive your order the very next day, but get in sooner rather than later to ensure your order is in stock and at your door. Our team will be hastily packing your orders and responding to your queries, but we know that the DHL network can be busy around this time of year and we apologise for potential delays that are out of our hands.
What’s your return policy over the holiday season?
All orders placed in December are entitled to an extended 60-day returns timeframe. Our current returns policy remains in force, and our advice regarding each exchange, store credit and refund still applies. We do not offer gift receipts and all domestic returns are to be processed through our online portal. If you wish to make an international return, please contact our team via email@example.com.
Will the Miami store remain open?
In-store shopping and click-and-collect are still available until Saturday, 24 December. We’ll be open again on Boxing Day with a little treat for one lucky customer (stay tuned!).
What if I can’t make it in-store?
For those who aren’t local, check out our Stockists page for wholesalers who might be near you. Otherwise, order by our cut-off dates to receive a parcel in the post or give the gift recipient an IOU and secure your goodies after the public holidays.
Do you do gift wrapping?
Unfortunately, we don’t have capacity to wrap your orders specifically for Christmas. That said, we can assure you that our packaging is already aesthetically gift-able, so all you have to do is remove the invoice, double check that the piece is as expected and pop it under the tree! We're also offering free gift boxes with orders over 250AUD.
